How to display a TV as readonly?

Hi,

I’m currently looking for a possibility to display a TV as read only in the Document Edit mode.

My TVs are getting filled by a module and I want to prevent the admin user to change these TVs.

Do you have any idea how to achieve this?

How about hiding them? Using ManagerManager.

maybe because ManagerManager doesn’t work in Evo ?

Ya hiding them via ManagerManager would be one possibility but actually I wanted them readonly so that the user can still see them.

@Cipa: Do you have some basic information how to achieve this? I’m not completly new to modx plugin development but I’m still learning

I solved it by myself. I modified ManagerManager so I now have a new functionality to make a field readonly.

I could have given you the alpha code for TemplateManager. A plugin I’m working on that is similar to ManagerManager.
