Keywords problem, end up with 2 sets of them on each page!!

Hi guys, I have a website directory which lists businesses and organisations.

I set up a list of keywords for the site in the top MetaTags section along with copyright and description and have added these to all my pages, but i didn’t realise that because i also used individually clicked ones in the keyword list below too for each specific page - i have now ended up with 2 sets of keywords, some used twice. Will this effect my site and will i be dropped down google for this?

Does anyone know the best practise for this sort of thing, so that all pages have a general set of keywords but also their own keywords, and also if you can do this - how come in source it seperates them into to sets and doesn’t combine them? thanks for any help.

I honestly suggest using dedicated TVs for managing all your meta content, and to adjust your templates accordingly. The ability to use the @INHERIT binding with a TV makes managing HTML doc header meta content infinitely easier and more productive.
