Delimited list in HTML Generic TV

I am creating a page where users can create a list via a TV.
Now i am stuck, because how do i do this?

A delimited list widget does one part.
The HTML Generic widget does the second part.
But how do i combine them?

So that every item in the delimited list is wrapped with <li></li>?

Create a snippet to process the TV value http://wiki.modxcms.com/index.php/Adding_TV_Widgets_without_hacking_the_core

hhmm...i will look into it.
I also made a snippet, but i got an eval error.
But than again, i used [*tv*] in the snippet :p
