Installed revolution today, just wanted to ask some expert advice on the best approach to get something like:
1) 1 central install of revolution (login.mysite.com) to manage multiple client sites ( consisting of blog, photo gallary, contact form, webpages, etc) with client login sothey can edit there own content only
2) 1 database for all websites
3) Easy management of a site consisting ( consisting of blog, photo gallary, contact form, webpages, etc)
4) Running multiple domains from 1 revolution with 1 login location (login.mysite.com) and serving content to domain1.com and domain2.com
5) Admin can login and browse easily to all the sites, and "linked" items like the contact form.
Other thoughts
a) a way to create a "SET" of items ( consisting of blog, photo gallary, contact form, webpages, etc) that make up 1 "site"
and copy this set to make only modifications for new clients
What do you guys advice on getting above functionalities the best and easiast way with modx revolution ( or should i go back to evolution for now? )
This is to run a 5 to 10 sites that are almost the same but need central managment from 1 location
