getting validation errors

I am trying to validate my pages but I keep getting errors like this: Line 28, Column 527: element "BR" undefined. Did you mean "br"?

it gets changed to <BR>. Can this be fixed or am I doing something wrong?

is the correct tag and that shouldn’t be changed. What version of MODx/TinyMCE are you using?

but this code is not in this file /assets/plugins/tinymce/jscripts/tiny_mce/tiny_mce.js
any ideas?
