I am having issues with the Members Only portion of our website. We have inherited the site from Germany and I am a little lost. I am the secretary in charge of getting the members their logins and passwords. I figured that out. But now i am having trouble updating the membership directory. I also have a pdf of a membership certificate that is supposed to add in the members first and last names in a snippet, but it wont prepopulate anymore. Thank you for any basic help i can receive. Feel free to email me because i can not even figure out how a forum works.

Can you answer the following questions?
What specifically is the problem you are having with the member directory?
Is your membership information being kept in user profiles or in documents?
Can you explain in detail how things used to work for the first and last names in the pdf?

I can not figure out how to update the member directory. It is in a Database Table. I want to overwrite the exiting directory to get it up to date. Someone helped me fix the membership certificate. The logins and passwords are in Web Users. The directory is somewhere else.
I am lost. Thanks

Then you need some way to access that non-MODx table. Is this a regular thing you’ll want to do, or just something you need to do just this one time?
