contact form

Is there a contact form available that can be customized using css? Sorry for so many questions - this has been a bick help

If you want it with bells and whistles - check out eform; otherswise, there’s spform (grab them from the repository/addon part of the modx site.

I downloaded the SPForm(from here http://modxcms.com/extras/package/?package=426) and followed Bob’s Guide here http://bobsguides.com/spform-tutorial.html but I don’t see any of these(lang (folder)

That’s the installation package for MODx 2.0 Revolution. If you’re using Revolution, it will install through Package Management.

If you’re using MODx Evolution (1.0 or earlier), that package won’t work. I just tried to find the Evolution version of the package and couldn’t so something is messed up at modxcms.com. I notice that the link in my tutorial points to the Revolution package.

I tried to attach the Evolution version to this message but attachments are turned off.

I’ll try to put it somewhere where you can get at it in the next day or two.

I belive I am using Revolution. My server info reads:
MODx version 0.9.6.3
Version codename rev 4565
I think the download was incorrect

No...that’s evolution.

Rev in that case means revision

SPForm 1.0.4 is definitely for Evolution.

The Revolution version is quite a bit easier to install and use, IMO.
