Hi,
I am porting a localhost setup to a hosted site. I need to know what changes to make to get the hosted site version to function like the localhost version,
Thanks

As long as you make a dump of the localhost (keeping the AUTO_INCREMENT values) database, and edit the values in the config/database for the new server (plus clearing the cache), it should be a relatively easy move.
