    Hi

Does anyone know why im having no luck with

    [[Ditto? &parents=`4` &display=`3` &tpl=`NewsTPL` &sortBy=`NewsDate` &dateSource=`NewsDate` &sortDir=`DESC`]]

Problem being it’s not ordering by my NewsDate TV? You can see my dev site here - http://www.card-land.co.uk/index.php?id=4

I’ve compared this to how i’ve implemented it on my others sites (which work fine!) and its all the same...

    Can this be server related?

        Certainly

        <div class="listing"><div class="caldate">[+NewsDate+]</div><div class="newsdetails2"><h3><a href="[~[+id+]~]">[+pagetitle+]</a></h3><p>[+introtext+]</p></div><div class="spacer"></div></div>

          Hmm...

[+NewsDate+] part is parsed like " 20 Jun
          <strong>2009</strong> "...
I think this is not the default dateFormat parameter value...
Is the Ditto snippet call in your first post the real one ?

And does the NewsDate TV holds the unixtime integer value ?

            Thanks for replying

When you say is the Ditto call the real one? Im not sure what you mean? Its what I have called on the page....

The TV widget is set to "Date Formatter" and I’ve set the value to %d %b
            <strong>%Y</strong> - as you’ve seen...
