Allowing TV for Weblink

Hi,
I need to allow TV for Weblink. I came across this post http://modxcms.com/forums/index.php/topic,2612.0.html
Does anybody know if this changes work with 0.9.6.3?

eDiT... Is it not implemented?¿ I do get TV’s to show up for weblinks but haven’t tried to use them.

Question: Can I use a TV value in the Weblink field?
I defined a TV that allows one to select a link and then I want to use that TV value in the Weblink field...
It doesn’t seem to take my TV.
