I searched for this but did not find an answer so...
im wondering that noone asked it before... maybe i searched the wrong way.
so:
i want to make a login page
and 2 password protected pages.
when someone wants to visit those pages he
should be redirected to the login page. so i dont want to just hide
the menu point.
is this possible? how?
i created a webuser and tried it with the normal plugins but it
doesnt protect my page.
is there a tutorial ?

This sounds like a case for webuser groups/document groups?
Place the webusers you want to have access in your ’access’ group.
Create a document group ’passwordneeded’
Associate the ’access’ group with the ’passwordneeded’ document group.
I can’t seem to find where in the world to make a document group. Noob here sorry. Is this only on the newer version of the CMS? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!
In the Manager go to Security => Web Permissions
