[SOLVED] Modx install stuck in an endless loop

Hi,
Could someone please help me as I’ve been stuck for the past few days....
I’m trying to install MODx but I’m getting stuck into an endless loop when selecting the language. Please see:

I’ve checked my phpinfo, session seems to be setup properly. You can check at: http://blacklabvodka.com/phpinfo.php

My hosting configuration is as follow:
-Web Server: IIS version, Windows Server 2003, PHP version 5.2.6 mapped with CGI
- Database MySQL 5.067
- MODx 0.9.6.3

Ok, I got it working with the help of this post:
