Sometimes the manager give me this error as if another user is editing the same document, while in fact no one else is logged in.
USERNAME is currently editing this document. please wait until the other user has finished and try again
I think it happens if the other user was in the middle of editing the document and didn’t close the editor and didn’t logged out.
This is the 2nd time I see this happening on 2 different sites, both running 0.9.6.3 , so I’m thinking maybe it’s a known issue?
In the first time I simply logged in and out with the other username that modx said was editing the document and that released the document for editing.
However this time I messed up because I deleted the user name modx claimed was editing the document and even when I recreated the same username and try to edit the document it won’t let me.
does anyone have an idea what I’m talking about?
