new manager page

Hi,

I need some ideas on where to start on creating a custom page and a new button in manager.
What I need is to have a Rates page inside the manager. This page will be tied to more tables. Probably will be only a form with lots of fields.I guess I can add a new button Rates using ManagerManager but how do I load the page or where should I put it in the modx folder structure.Probably I will use modx API’s for session checking.

Any ideas are welcomed.

Thx
