Can this be done in MODx?

Hello,
I have a site here http://helpwunlang.org/index.php which has a blog from NucleusCMS here http://www.helpwunlang.org/blog/. The site has been changed without out any real direction (things have just been added as they come along). Is there a way to use MODx so that I can port over the PHP files and also have a ’blog’ area where different people involved in the organization can login and add/ edit/ delete blog entries? This way the site will have a consistent theme and a user won’t feel like he’s leaving the site to go to the blog and vice versa. Does anyone know of a MODx site that does this so I can see it?

I’m also currently working on moving a site to MODx (this one doesn’t have a blog) - I’m still trying to learn how to set everything up.
Thanks for any help

I’m new to MODx so I hope my question doesn’t sound too foolish.

What you’re talking about is doable but it’s hard to say how much trouble it would be without knowing a lot more about the blog software.
