How to change in Wayfinder tags <li> in navigation? which file should i edit?

You can modify the &rowTpl and &outerTpl template parameters to your needs.
The default &rowTpl template is:

<li [+wf.id+] [+wf.classes+] >
<a href="[+wf.link+]" title="[+wf.title+]" [+wf.attributes+]>[+wf.linktext+]</a>
[+wf.wrapper+]
</li>

The default &outerTpl template is:

<ul [+wf.classes+]>
[+wf.wrapper+]
</ul>

Instead of the unordered list you may use any elements you prefer.

Create chunks with the HTML for each part, and specify the chunk names in the Wayfinder parameters. See the documentation on Wayfinder for details and examples.
