Hi all
I’ve build a couple of projects with MODx so far. However I would like your opinion on a new project.
I am to build a new site with a lot of documents being placed in several categories (6 or more). there may be documents that have to be in 2 or 3 categories at the same time, ie. (politics, social security, proposal).
For all the categories there needs to be an archive as well.
I was thinking to have one hidden folder where all the documents are being stored in and then let them display in the proper category by a TV (Multi line chooser) and ditto.
For the Archive I was thinking to use reflect. However over time I think this document folder will get very hugh.
I would love your opinion on this, maybe one of you had a similar project before.

my main concern with the proper category folder approach is, that I am ending up with an amazing amount of duplicate documents. the site is going to be bilinguale. So when I have a document that needs to be in 3 categories I will end up with 6 documents for the same article.

thanks. I think I will use tagging as the solution. This cron Job thing sounds good however I have no idea about this.
