How can I reset my manager pass in sql?

Hey guys I reallyyyy need help I forgot my modx manager password, how can I retrive it in sql? I have been searching and trying things out for the past hour but nothing. I noticed there is a md5 hash under modx_manager_users but is there a converter that I can use to get my password? The forgot my password doesn’t seem to work. Please tell me how I can get my password back.

phew!! I figured out how to reset it, went in database modx_manager_users then browse then the user was there and used a md5 hash generator
