I migrated a site from one server account to another (both accounts are in the same server but under
    different domain and hosting account).

Everything went OK except that I am getting three alerts or warnings:

    1)  [SOLVED] System Alert
         TinyMCE - OnInterfaceSettingsRender
         An Error Occurred while loading
Please see the event log for info.

The event log has the errors and it says:  Undefined Variable: _lang

The only place where I have found that variable is in the language files of TinyMCE,  I am using it in Spanish.
Everything in the Spanish file looks fine, identical to the English file.  And I didnot touch anything in the migration.

    2) [SOLVED] Everytime I save a user or a TV or a Chunk I get the following warning:

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home2/sgsbicen/public_html/manager/processors/save_user.processor.php:17) in /home2/sgsbicen/public_html/manager/processors/save_user.processor.php on line 871

Now, I know that this happens when there are blank spaces before or after the php annotations in a file.  When I go to the file, long an behold there are some blank spaces at the end of the file (which werent there before the migration huh?).  I get rid of them, save the file
and reload the page and the Warning is gone.

The funny thing is that when I save the next user, the system shows the warning again, and if I just reload the page it goes away and the save command is preformed successfully.  What gives?

    3) [SOLVED] I get the following in the filemanager...

Warning: realpath() [function.realpath]: open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/home2/MY_ACCOUNT/public_html/modx) is not within the allowed path(s): (/home2/CLIENT_ACCOUNT:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php:/tmp) in /home2/CLIENT_ACCOUNT/public_html/manager/actions/files.dynamic.php on line 136

This is puzzling as I already changed the config.php file and the Settings->File Manager to the appropriate path ?!?!
