Size of the RichText box TV

Ive set up 3 TVs all with different RTEs for their section but the RTE takes up the whole screen when editing (see attached) admittedly i do have a large screen too but downsizing the browser doesnt help

is there anyway to compress the size of these so they dont take upa whole screen as i have tried the RTE Widget and changed the parenters on that but that didnt work

any help would be appreciated

just edit the TV and set the width to less than 100% width?

You can edit the settings for TinyMCE in Manage Resources > Plugins. Look in the General tab for "OnRichTextEditorInit" in the switch block. The "else" bit deals with configuring TinyMCE in the manager, and in the line beginning $html= you’ll find settings for height and width. Presumably these settings will apply throughout the manager.

This might help if you’re just talking about changing the height of individual RTEs.

Resources > Manage Resources > Plugins > TinyMCE > Configuration > Advanced Resizing > true

Would be good if this was on by default.
