I’m having a problem getting the text editor to work trying to edit from the main pages just opens a blank box and from the control panel I just get a manual box where you have to use code any idea’s?

in QuickEdit do you click on "Document>Document Content"?
and the only manual box i have is in my 2000 Honda. don’t know how you got one in modx?

He’s lost the rich text editor (manual box = plain textarea field)
Other than understanding what the problem is, I haven’t a clue. As Sindbad said, perhaps more information. Have you made any changes? Created new manager users? Need more input.
It has not worked since the install of modx. I’ve tried uploading the files for the editor again but with no luck.
What version of MODx are you using?
I’m using the latest. I’ve also tried all major browsers and its the same. The editor is enabled from the cp.

I’m afraid "latest" is somewhat ambiguous. Are you using MODx 9.6.3, a zipped alpha version of MODx 2.0 Revolution, or an SVN version of Revolution?
