Server offset time

hi,

my hosting is in USA - America but my visitors is in (frequently) Bulgaria - Europe
In config i set "Server offset time: 9".
I use JOT for comments and date and time in comments is not true (not Bulgarian time).
jot calling is :
[!Jot? &pagination=`10` &captcha=`1` &notifyAuthor=`1`!]

Did you change the phx.parser.class.inc.php inside jot snippet folder or the one in PHx plugin folder?
Maybe change both?
