Are you using the searchhiglight plugin in an older modx install?
That plugin used to miss a _ ; _
Hi mrhaw, thanks for the quick response.
No, I don’t use searchhiglight plugin. But you have given me a clue to look into BreadCrumbs snippet which I re-enabled it just two days ago when I did the site maintenance. The BreadCrumbs snippet was first installed when the site launched, couple months ago I upgraded to v9.6.3, didn’t realize Breadcrumb was gone until this Monday.
Will report back.
update: Breadcrumbs snippet is not a problem!
I had a similar problem a while back with the FileDownload Plugin.
Generally speaking, I would suggest checking all your plugins by disabling them individually and then trying those w3c links again.

I’m having the same problem with the www.Hip-HopBase.com
I completely redesigned the site and it validates perfectly via direct input.
P.S. and Google Webmasters doesn’t recognize the site either :’(

Disable search highlight and i bet it goes away. I think there’s a fix for that somewhere.
