No "Forgot password" link on manager log-in screen

    Missing the "Forgot password" link in the manager log-in box.

    Have just upgraded to 0.9.3, although it was missing prior to this.

      Forgot Manager Login wasn’t configured correctly.

      The following Manager Access Events were not checked:

      OnBeforeManagerLogin
      OnManagerAuthentication
      OnManagerLoginFormRender
        Mostly harmless.
