Site not showing on internet.....

Hi, I am at a loss, my site up till this week has been working ok, with no problems. I havent added anything for a couple of months, apart from pictures into my album, but the host moved us to a new server, and now the site doesnt show up. I have tried contacting the host, but they have no clue, they just dont understand why its not showing. It doesnt show any errors, neither does it show an error on the server, it just shows a blank white page.

Would anybody have any ideas why that is happening?

Take a look at the Apache error_log; sounds like display_errors is disabled and they should be logging PHP errors to the error_log or another similar file.

It is back up again as I speak, but when I first looked it was down.
When it was down a domaintools check showed a 503 error, then it became a 500 error then a 200 success.
A traceroute failed at hop 15 with a time out message.
I know this might not help you, but the host might benefit from the info!

Hi both, thank you for your messages, they managed to get it back up, by installing the backup, but I will get them to check those things if it happens again, and if this week is anything to go by, it probably will.
