We have decided to use the accordion menu for are navigation
After following all the instructions in the WIKI the menu now looks great
http://wiki.modxcms.com/index.php/Accordion_menu_with_Wayfinder_using_JQuery
but we have one small problem.
If the menu’s section has parent items the items display in an excordion menu but does not link to the main section, however if you right click & over in a new window this does link to the section, We need this to be able to link to the Section & open the accordion in one process

maybe this possibly has something to do with the wfRow [+wf.link+]
<li><a class="menuitem" href="[+wf.link+]" title="[+wf.title+]">[+wf.linktext+]</a></li>
