SMF in MODx, what do i need?

Hello,

I need a forum with a MODx site. I want to use WebLoginPE to manage users for both MODx and forum (SMF).
users can register, login, logout from site for both.

My thought is using weblogin events to register, login, logout in SMF and remove this actions in forum, so all users must use MODx to login/logout/register/update-profile/etc...

What do you think? is there something ready to do that? else would someone give me some useful links about SMF APIs or coding actions? (i couldn’t find good refs)

Did you try the SMF official forum? They have a dedicated forum for bridge with many CMS’s.
