    Hello all,

For SEO purposes, I’m trying to put this code into my .htaccess file:

     RewriteEngine On
          RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} ^example\.com
          RewriteRule (.*) http://www.example.com/$1 [R=301,L]

However, when I click on the floppy disk icon to download my .htaccess file in MODx, it gives me my homepage instead. Shouldn’t I be able to edit this?

    Thanks for your help!

You will have to edit it via FTP or cPanel.
