http://ahhp.ir/manager/includes/veriword.php?rand=612234449 here is the link to the image. Nothing loads.. no 404 or anything, it’s just hanging.

I’m going to say this is some configuration issue, look through he logs for anything. Keep in mind I’m just a pixel pusher and pound on the command line when needed.

          Oh, that’s for sucks.

I did that once as well. You know I’m not sure, I’m no systems admin. Can you get php logs? I imagine it’s kicking some error.

First, make sure that the noises and ttf directories (in manager/includes/) are there and have files in them. Then make sure that there are no "extra" files in those directories (.svn, ftp_log, etc.). All the files in ttf should be .ttf files and all those in noise should be image files.

Once you’ve done that, there are really only two possibilities if direct access to veriword.php doesn’t give you an image:

              1. The veriword/captcha/noise/ttf files are missing or corrupt.
              2. The host has GD and/or FreeType misconfigured.

Once you’ve re-downloaded and re-uploaded the noise and ttf dirs and manager/includes/veriword.php, if you still have the problem, it has to be #2.
