Ditto is a great help for building pages from documents. How do you deal with change in the site when your material becomes stale or you reorganize a bit?

Here’s what I do and I’m not sure it is the best way. I will use a seminar example to explain.

    1. I have a Seminars page which highlights the most recent seminars. It is a container and I use several Ditto calls inside TVs to fill my three columns on my web page.
    2. I have a document for each seminar which is a container. It contains the documents in item 3.
    3. I have an overview document and a document for each session of the seminar (likely 12 sessions).

So, to build a webpage, my site uses the Seminars page and wraps up the content from the documents. All of the styling is applied at this level. I use Ditto calls but would really rather just specify the seminar document somehow to improve modularity. When the seminars get stale, I move them to an Older Seminars link on the Seminars page and use WayFinder to list them. But now, when you click on the link, an unstyled page is rendered. How do you re-containerize your documents in this type of case? Am I missing something simple?

I hope I’ve clearly explained this. If not, please question it.

I would really like to hear what you more-experienced MODxers have to say.

    Thanks.
