Ive just moved servers, and encountered a problem.
my full path (using php info) /home/viriko/domains/viriko.ru/public_html/
however, when I click on a link in the site (uses FURLs), i get the following message
The requested URL /home/viriko/public_html/index.php was not found on this server.
Reason being is that in the root of the site, there is a link that you can click (public_html) that redirects you into the main site dir, instead of going into domains -> viriko.ru -> public_html
    How can this be fixed?

    here is my .htaccess

    #MIME types
    AddType text/x-component .htc
    FileETag None

    #Redirects
    Options +FollowSymlinks
    RewriteEngine On

    RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} ^viriko\.com
    RewriteRule ^(.*)$ http://www.viriko.com/$1 [R=301,L]

    RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} ^viriko\.ru
    RewriteRule ^(.*)$ http://www.viriko.ru/$1 [R=301,L]

#This rule matches any URL with one of the specified extensions which also contains a ‘version’ nugget.
#The rule then rewrites these URLs to a path without the version nugget.

    #RewriteRule ^/(.*\.)v[0-9.]+\.(css|js|gif|png|jpg)$	/$1$2	[L]

    #Friendly URLs part
    RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-f
    RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-d
    RewriteRule ^(.*)$ index.php?q=$1 [L,QSA]

    #php_flag register_globals Off

#For servers that support output compression, you should pick up a bit of speed.
    php_flag zlib.output_compression On
    php_value zlib.output_compression_level 6

Also, when I browse the manager and look at the site through the manager all pages load fine.

When ever I move a site from another server I always run the latest MODx install selecting upgrade and that fixes a lot of path issues.

The other thing to do is make sure you clear cache in the manager.

Done both of the points, thanks for the advice though.
I was told the cause might be "~" because the temporary domain is http://dawdwadwadw/~viriko
