Edit Document - No fields in manager

Has anyone ever seen this issue?  I was working on my site this morning and switched over to the manager to enter some content and all the sudden there are no fields appearing when i select Edit Document.  There appear to be errors reported in Firebug (see screenshot).

I also upgraded to the latest release 0.9.6.3 thinking this could be the issue, but no luck.

could this be a caching issue inside the manager and, if so, where would i clear that cache?

Sadly there’s no top of your screenshot to give us clue about faulty URL - probably a problem with Managermanger jQuery?

ManagerManager was the cuplrit. I checked earlier to see if it was installed and only looked under Snippets - so did not see it. Disabled the plugin and problem is resolved.
