Hello,
It starts today. When I try to create new document or edit document, right frame of the manager is not loading properly. The top part of the page is missing -General, Meta Keys, Preview tabs and buttons.
I’m getting error (yellow exclamation mark in left bottom corner):

Error: Exception thrown and not caught
Code: 0

and page is loading, loading, loading...
It has never happened before. Could someone help please!

Do you have the ManagerManager plugin enabled? I just ran into the same issue. In IE 7, it gave me the exact line it threw an error. When I viewed the source code, it was the first line that ran ManagerManager. Firefox would just load the document content area and not the top part. I would view the source and see what you have on Line 20 that is pitching a fit.

I changed configuration variable $js_url to my local jQuery library and everything works fine now!
