how to set up competition style page for easy updating...

Hi,

I want to set up a competition style page in modx which allows the user to change the questions on a monthly basis.
How would i go about doing this?
They want to use radio buttons for a multiple choice style but i’m not sure how i could set this up in a way that allows them to alter the options....
