make manager see/access only one page

Hi,

I have a request to create a manager that can only see one document from the manager tree.
My problem is that all the pages are Public at this moment and I have more than 500.

The only way I can think that this might work is to assign a document group for all the documents and change the document group for only one page.

Is there another easy way to do this?

You are correct in your assumption. The fast way to do this is to use the Doc Manager module. It has all sorts of mass editing functions and I think that permissions are one of them.

I guess it does.

My other concern is the default document group. If all the documents need to have a group assigned how do I do that automatically so the user does have to do it every time he creates a document.
