How do I delete a Template that does not want to be deleted?

I installed Quill and it did not install correctly, so I tried to uninstall it, and it left various artifacts all over the place (Chunks and Templates). I am trying to manually delete these. How can I do this?

When I try to delete them, it says I cannot delete a Default Template.

Ok default is defined in your system settings under area>site in core area, just search for template and it will pop up.

Change that and you should be good to go, although templates will not delete if there are any resources using it, so you might need to delete a resource or two. In my experience the warning message will tell you the numbers of the attached resources.
