We currently have an existing client portal implemented using ModX. This is currently used by marketing but we wondered if it could also be used to host online help published from Madcap Fare. If it possible to publish via FTP/SFTP online help files (HTML/images/etc) to a directory on the ModX server, which could then be referred to from the ModX front end? Or would we have to use a separate web server?

    Thanks in advance,

    Paul

I'm assuming that you mean Madcap Flare, not Madcap Fare.

It's definitely possible, but it might require a custom snippet to display the pages. If the pages are complete HTML documents needing no changes, it could be fairly simple using MODX static Resources.

It depends on what the files contain.
