Just wondering what files do I need to replace to do an upgrade from 0.9.6.3 RC1 to 0.9.6.3 RC2.

If you havent hacked core files run the install upgrader
without installing demo page or any snippets.

if no core hacks are done the only thing to do is make sure that snippets are backued up (especialy if you made custom configs and templates etc)
make a backup of the db(just in case)
and then just overwrite all assets and manager
run install and of you go
I just upgraded from 0.9.5 that way without any problems
You could use the patches linked from the changelog for the things you feel important. That is replacing the
files which patches belongs to. :)
