phpThumbOf security concerns

Hi,
I am using phpThumbOf extra to list my image thumbs. It is working fine but I have noticed that if I try checking image info I get this image path:
http://localhost/mywebsite/newfolder/components/phpthumbof/cache/city10.d6a393e84336592b32583f4df9668041.jpg

This exposes that I am using phpThumbOf which makes it easy using google to find out that my website is run on ModX and it even shows that my components directory is hidden in the "newfolder" directory.
It raises the question how other extras may give away too much information and how to hide paths.
