Create a subdomain in Modxcloud.

Hi

Does anyone now how i need to set up my Modxcloud and Nginx if i have a multiple language plus a subdomain.
Like this:
https://www.example.com/en
https://www.example.com/nl
https://www.example.com/fr

https://developers.example.com/

I am using babel for the language but i don't now how to add the "developers" subdomain.
Can anybody help me with this.
