I need to create a blog for a friend but he really want to be able manage the public blog.
The goal of the blog is to give the opportunities the send a feed back about his service.
he would like to be able to approve an item before to publish it.

What would be the best blog add-on for this purpose?

In my case, I need to add, in only one resource, a option (like a form) to give the opportunity to the visitors to leave a comment about the services. The web site owner must be able to validate the comment.
Then the resource will show all comment and feed back from the customers.

You might look at Quip. It's a commenting extra. It's usually used with Articles for blogging, but I'm almost sure it will work on its own to handle comments.
