    Hello,

I want to make a searchfield and when there is a match a URL outputs. Very simple.
I think this is a job for MIGX but i need some startup help. Or is there an MODX extra todo this job?

    For example: (see attachment)
    User search for item nr. "551" > click > output https://cataloque.example.nl/pdf product.php?sku=551

i have an .xls with a column with items and a column with URL's To show pdf files

    graphic example:

    best regards
    Stefan

Is the output going to be the resource id? Or is it the id of an item in a tv?

The output is as in the example to show a .pdf file
The pdf files are already online somewhere. The user fill in the search field and than opens the pdf.

Formit with a hook will do. Hook just needs to take the user inputted value, cross reference the inputted id to see if your custom table sku id matches and if so return an output
