Set folder permissions / file permissions in core/cache folder

    Hi - is it possible to set via the manager or code somehow the file permissions of the folders / files inside the core/cache folder? My host wont allow 777 anymore - cant seem to find a way to do this?

      You can set new permissions preferences in system settings. I presume these would be applied if you cleared the cache folder and new folders were created within it.

      New File / Permissions / new_file_permissions  / 0644
New Folder Permissions / new_folder_permissions / 0755

        Where are the settings for this in system settings now - I cant seem to find them in Revo 2.6.5?

          Ahh OK - they were removed but you can manually set them... sorted!
