What to do when confirmregister link doesn't go through

I had a user with a hotmail address and the email didn't go through. Its hotmail's fault probably as when I changed the password in manager the user got both emails.

However I am worried about how this will work. I didn't mark the account active, will a simple login (with the second password) be permitted?

Is there a function of resending confirming email? Its an important function.

I don't think the user will be able to log in manually unless you first make them active.

Yeah that's what I was thinking I need to do. Going to confirm whether it works now
