xPoller2 : error 500 after MODX update

Installed xPoller2 0.0.12-beta :
error 500 with MODX Revolution 2.6.5-pl on vote click (http://www.xxxxx.com/assets/components/xpoller2/action.php)

Also Questions and choices are not rendered :

question -> question_2
options 1 -> option_2_3
options 2 -> option_2_4
