After updating to 2.6.5 packages are no longer listed in package manager, ideas?

The packages are not showing up. They are still installed and working, just not showing up in package manager. I can't see anything, I have tried downloading them new, but nothing. This just started after I updated my site to 2.6.5

Any ideas?

If I search for them, they show up...except for the ones that need updating like gallery... Those even when I search for them, they don't show up

anyone?
