Asset Manager - Can't upload files bigger than 1 MB

    I use Asset Manager (Assman) in different installations. Since the ModX update to 2.6.5, I can not upload files larger than 1MB. Error message alert:
    Something went wrong. Please check the Asset Manager Setting Page and See if the image meet the max uploAd size

    But there is no setting "max upload size".
    Here the ModX-Settings:
    ModX: 2.6.5
    Asset Manager: 1.3.0
    PHP-version: 5.6 or 7.1
    post_max_size(php.ini) : 8M
    upload_max_size(php.ini) : 8M
    upload_maxsize (modx system setting) : 8M
