Answered New intall 2.6.5 - Dashboard not appearing, categories not appearing on TV tab of resource

I've just successfully installed Revolution 2.6.5 on a new site, but when I log in I have the following problems:

1. The dashboards aren't visible on the welcome screen
2. Categories don't appear on the templates variables tab of resources

Modx: 2.6.5
php: PHP7.0.31
MySQL: 8.0.11
Server: Windows Server 2016

Any help greatly appreciated.

There are two template variables in two different categories, but on one category is appearing and it doesn't have a title.
