Updated to 2.6.5 but few things aren't working

Hi,

We updated the website http://www.hi-aware.org/ to the latest MODX version and in doing so one of the components in the backend isn't working and it's constant for all post types.



As in the image above, "Hi-aware News" loads fine - this one is something which is used as a template for such post types. But all the other with arrows (not all are pointed in the image) return a blank page (navigation do load but nothing in the body).

"News", "Events", "Media Coverage", "Publications" are the way through which we are adding new items and it's blocking us to add anything new. Is there anything we can do about it to resolve it?

Is there anything relevant in the MODX error log?

There's nothing related to it in the error log.

We actually managed to resolve the issue to most of the extent but still, the New post addition page comes out blank (with the content flashing for a while and disappearing). Our assumption now is that it might have to do with js in the system. Hopefully, that would be resolved soon.

Try deleting all files in the core/cache directory and visiting the site with your browser in Private or Incognito mode.
