Answered Cannot get my site back live

I am overlooking something, but what?
In a not logged in browser I get "The site is currently unavailable" even though I have set pages and default to 'published' - what gives?

Besides - clearing cache seems to not clear all caches: I updated a style sheet file, but it doesn't 'take'. The template still refers to a non-existing stylesheet.

I thought I did that several times yesterday, but it didn't stick.

And the css issue seems to have cleared as well. Odd, there must be some time-delay on several things.
